  It is a cool place to live. It is also very cheep. The washers and dryers are always broken and the apartments aren't super great either. But the management is super nice and helpful. Very quick to respond. Sadly their pool and tennis courts are out of commission.

  Public Service Announcement. DO NOT move into Christopher Square Apartments or any other apartment buildings owned by them. They have bugs & mold. We live in an apartment complex owned & managed by Christopher Square & they are absolutely horrible. There are twelve apartments in this complex & three of them are empty. That should tell you something. Our neighbor told us that no one has lived in our apartment before us for over a year, they can’t keep people here. There are bugs & mold. Multiple apartments have mold & a few tenants are talking about moving out. We have argued with our landlord for about a month about the mold & he keeps saying there is no mold, he sends the cleaning lady to look & see if there is mold. We ordered a home mold test from Walmart & we most definitely do have mold, we proved it to them & nothing has been done. They dodge us & refuse to return our calls. We have been here since July & have had problem after problem. At the end of August we got a $245 water bill. When we first moved in there were three different water leaks & it took them days to send someone to look at it. They said they fixed it but it did not get fixed until the middle of September. It took two months. We got our water bill in September & it was $160. The landlord refuses to take responsibility & refuses to pay it. We just got our new water bill & it is $90, it continues to go down every month & he still refuses to pay it. He said he doesn’t feel responsible & he believes we used all of that water. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s me, my husband, our three year old & our three month old baby & he honestly believes that we used that much water. Anyways, nothing gets done & the secretary is a straight up snob. They are so rude & never do anything. All they care about is money, the apartment has bugs & mold & nothing has been done. We plan to move out as soon as we can. DO NOT MOVE HERE. BEWARE OF CHRISTOPHER SQUARE!
